When you make a reservation on the Ilarahotels website, we guarantee you the lowest price. Within 24 hours of completing your reservation, if you discover a lower available rate (the “Lower Rate”) on a publicly accessible web platform, we will match that lower cost and provide an additional discount up to 10%, subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • Taxes and any other fees or charges that could be applicable to your stay are not included in the Best Available Rate.
  • The competing rate must be for the same hotel, room type (which includes comparable amenities, size, bedding, and views), rate type, number of guests, dates, and length of stay, as well as rate rules (which includes cancellation policies), and it cannot be found on the brand website at that particular moment.
  • Bookings for the competing rate must be made through an approved online platform other than the Ilarahotels website. The Best Available Rate does not apply to rates that are only available through advertisements, inquiries, or offline rates that are negotiated corporate rates, group rates, or rates that require membership in a club or other organisation. It also does not apply to rates that are solicited through direct mail or email, cashback offers, or other rates that are not accessible to the general public. If it is not possible to confirm that the Competing Rate is available at the time the claim is processed, we reserve the right to reject it.
  • Package Rates—that is, hotel stays combined with  car rentals, all-inclusive meals, or extra fees for activities like spa treatments or sightseeing—do not qualify for the Best Available Rate.
  • The Competing Rate will be changed into the same currency as the rate offered on our website using the exchange rate in effect at the time the initial reservation was made, if it is in a different currency from the rate booked on the Ilarahotels Hotels website. Due to variations in the sources used to calculate exchange rates, there may be variances between our rate and the competing rate. We reserve the right to reject the claim if the rate difference is exclusively the result of currency exchange computations.
  • Only the Ilarahotels website’s online Best Rate Guarantee Claim Form may be used to file a claim. Complete the necessary fields, mark the box indicating your agreement to the terms and conditions, then click the submit button to make a claim. After receiving the claim, we will make every effort to finish the claim verification process in two business days.
  • When making a pre-paid reservation through a third party and making a sale on that third party’s platform, the Best Available Rate does not apply.
  • When there is an outage, a technical problem, or any other situation outside of the hotel’s reasonable control, the best available rate does not apply.
  • Bookings that have been changed or cancelled are not eligible for the best available rate.
  • Time limit for filing a claim: A claim must be properly filed using the claim form at least 48 hours before to the planned arrival and no later than 24 hours after the original reservation was made on the Ilarahotels Hotels website. For any reservation made less than 48 hours before arrival, the Best Available Rate will not be available. The term “initial reservation” refers to the reservation that was made on our website initially; it excludes reservations that have been changed or cancelled.
  • If the difference between the rates is less than two percent (2%), we reserve the right to reject any claim.
  • Validity and eligibility: The Best Available Rate offer is only available for reservations booked through the Ilarahotels Hotels website. In comparison to the rate of such reservation, the Best Available Rate will be applicable.
  • We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to decide whether or not a claim is valid and complies with the terms and conditions.
  • The CEO of ILARA hotels will be the final arbiter of any dispute arising out of or related to this Agreement, including any inquiry into its existence, legality, or termination.
  • The term “Best Available Rate” refers to permitted rates that the general public can access via internet channels. Contractual, wholesale, group or contracted rates, bundled or opaque rates, qualified membership rates, or government rates are all excluded from this offer. Any unauthorised depiction of these pricing on the internet is deemed a contract violation and will not be taken into consideration for the offer. It is advised that visitors avoid using these unapproved websites since they could pose a privacy and security risk.
  • Along with the claim form, the guest must include the link and a screenshot of the competing rate as it appears on the online website. The claim won’t be accepted without the screen grab.
